Refund policy

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

No modification requests for dishes or orders can be accepted. It is not possible for La Cuisine Santé Savoureuse to guarantee the absence of allergens (such as peanuts, lactose, gluten) or to remove ingredients that may contain them.
Before ordering, you are responsible for making sure that the dishes on the menu are suitable for your diet and any allergies or intolerances. No refund will be issued after payment of an order.


In Case of Error, Defect or Damage

All sales made through our online store, our Facebook page, at our point of sale in Saint-Eustache, or through one of our representatives using any other form of communication are final and non-refundable.

However, if:

  • You notice a defect in the products received, or

  • The products do not match your original order,

you have 48 hours following receipt of the products to notify us by email at megan@cuisiness.ca with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos.

After this 48-hour period, no exchange or compensation can be offered.

La Cuisine Santé Savoureuse does not refund the value of orders in the event of a defect or error. Instead, we will offer a store credit equivalent to the amount paid, applicable to a future order on our online store.


Order Cancellation

Requests to cancel an order can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to megan@cuisiness.ca.

No cancellations can be made after the order cut-off of 11:59pm on Wednesdays.
After this deadline, all orders are considered final and non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable food products (all our prepared meals, salads, desserts, etc.)

To review any issue related to an order, we may require your order number, receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds & Credits (If Applicable)

In the rare cases where a refund or credit is approved:

  • You will receive either a store credit applied to your customer account, or

  • A refund to your original method of payment, only if expressly agreed by La Cuisine Santé Savoureuse.

We will notify you by email once your request has been reviewed and whether it has been approved or refused.

If a refund to your original payment method is approved, it may take several business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you were advised that a refund has been issued but you have not received it:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; processing delays are possible.

Sale Items

Unless otherwise indicated, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund, and only in exceptional cases approved by La Cuisine Santé Savoureuse.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at megan@cuisiness.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order.
