Chicken Poke Bowl
This poke-style bowl is made with marinated chicken breast, coconut sushi rice, Arcadian lettuce, carrots, cucumber, avocado, edamame, green onions, crispy onions, roasted sesame seeds, and a trio of sauces: Japanese sesame dressing, Japanese BBQ sauce, and a touch of sriracha.
