This poke-style bowl is made with organic tofu, coconut sushi rice, mixed green and purple lettuce, carrots, cucumber, avocado, edamame, green onions, crispy onions, roasted sesame seeds, and a trio of sauces: Japanese sesame dressing, Japanese BBQ sauce, and a touch of sriracha.
It’s a fresh and satisfying vegetarian lunch between rounds: enough energy to keep you going, but still light enough to get back on the course comfortably.
